Job summary

Horizon Education Centers seeks an Administrator Support Coordinator to oversee center operations, support site leaders, and ensure quality early childhood education across multiple locations.

You will travel among Lorain and Cuyahoga counties, cover gaps, manage data, enrollment, attendance, and billing, while upholding Horizon policies and licensing requirements. A degree and CPL credentials are preferred, with strong communication and organizational skills essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; associate degree or CDA required.
• Center/site experience required.
• Ability to build relationships with families, staff, vendors and the community.
• Knowledge of Ohio licensing rules and DCY development trends.
• Must pass background checks and medical screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage at centers/sites as needed across Lorain and Cuyahoga counties.
• Assist with data collection, entry and analysis.
• Support enrollment tracking, attendance, and billing.
• Perform classroom observations and program support.
• Maintain confidentiality of personnel and family information.
