Traveling Care Coordinator
Bonaventure Senior Living is seeking an experienced and dynamic Traveling Care Coordinator to support and elevate health services operations across our senior living communities. The Traveling Care Coordinator will step into communities as needed to stabilize, lead, train, and improve healthcare services.
This role involves regular travel within an assigned region to support our senior living communities. While the position requires mobility and the ability to visit multiple locations, candidates who reside within the designated region can expect to return home daily.

Responsibilities
- Analyzing systems and outcomes and keeping documentation for consistency and quality.
- Reviewing resident charts and care plans to identify strengths, gaps, and growth opportunities.
- Partnering with community teams to develop solution‑oriented improvement plans.
- Maintaining quality assurance documentation and audit programs.
- Training staff on best practices, policies, and compliance procedures.
- Overseeing corrective and preventive action plans.
- Organizing and managing documentation systems for accuracy and accessibility.
Qualifications
- Proven experience successfully leading healthcare or resident care departments (preferably in senior living, assisted living, or memory care).
- Detail‑oriented and analytical thinker.
- Ability to quickly assess situations and implement effective solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn Bonaventure’s policies, state regulations, and quality standards.
- Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently (regional travel required).
- Excellent driving record – travel required across a regional area.
- English language proficiency required.
- CPR certification preferred.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.
