Job summary

Optima Medical in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Sonographer to perform diagnostic ultrasound exams including echocardiography and vascular studies, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.

Minimum 1 year of practical experience, state licensure or certification, and willingness to travel/float between Las Vegas, Henderson, and Boulder City clinics are required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Echocardiography (ECHO) and Vascular examinations.
• Proficient in interpreting and documenting technical findings.
• Must be willing to travel/float between Las Vegas, Henderson, and Boulder City clinics.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations of the heart (echocardiography) and vessels (vascular ultrasound).
• Prepare patients, explain procedures, ensure comfort and safety.
• Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment and follow safety protocols.
• Analyze images and document findings in EMR or records.
• Maintain high image quality and quality control.
