Job summary

Lemartec Corporation is seeking a BIM Coordinator to manage virtual construction models, document design contracts, and lead multi-discipline teams through CD phase. The role centers on modeling, coordination, and ensuring design intent is captured in construction documents.

The position requires extensive Autodesk experience (Revit family of products) and the ability to train staff, coordinate with vendors, and deliver high-quality BIM outputs on diverse projects across the US.

Qualifications

• Architectural degree and 4+ years in a professional setting.
• 4 years may substitute for a degree.
• Experience with mission critical or data center projects is required.
• Proficient with Autodesk products (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks).

Responsibilities

• Create initial REVIT Project setup with workflow documents.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings and model discipline coordination.
• Produce construction documents for multiple disciplines.
• Model management and health BIM database administration.
• Provide BIM/CAD support and staff training.
