Job summary

Lemartec Corporation is seeking a BIM Coordinator to lead model management, documentation, and coordination across disciplines on CD projects. You will manage a production team and own the construction documents set through as-built submittals.

This role leads BIM planning, coordination, and model verification of design intent. It requires strong Autodesk software experience and a passion for coordinating multi-disciplinary teams on travel-heavy projects.

Qualifications

• Architectural degree (or 4+ years of professional experience in lieu of degree).
• Minimum 4 years of experience with Autodesk products (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks).
• Experience on mission-critical or data-center projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create initial REVIT project setup with workflow documents.
• Initiate model for each project and prepare for production team.
• Provide BIM/REVIT project kick-off information.
• Work as part of a BIM/CAD support team to achieve consistent results.
• Daily model management and maintenance.
• Provide REVIT Architecture, Structure, and MEP desktop support.
• Over-the-shoulder training, mentoring, and staff development.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings and spatial discipline coordination.
• Conduct clash-detection and coordinate with disciplines.
