Job summary

Lemartec Corporation is seeking a BIM Coordinator to lead modeling and documentation efforts for multiple disciplines across projects. You will manage production staff, drive BIM planning, and ensure design intent is verified during the CD phase.

The role requires 4+ years with Autodesk BIM tools and strong leadership, plus travel across the U.S. to project sites. Eligible perks include per diem, vehicle allowance, and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Architectural degree plus 4+ years of experience in a professional environment.
• 4 years’ experience can substitute for a degree.
• Minimum 4 years of professional Autodesk product use and support.

Responsibilities

• Create initial REVIT project setup and workflow documents.
• Initiate model for each project and prepare for production team.
• Provide BIM/REVIT project kickoff information.
• Work as part of a BIM/CAD support team to achieve consistent results.
• Daily model management and maintenance.
• Provide REVIT Architecture, Structure and MEP desktop support.
• Over-the-shoulder training, development, and mentoring to staff.
• Content creation: parametric families and catalogs.
• Coordinate with vendors to update company standards.
• Coordinate BIM model views and multi-model situations.
• Integrate REVIT products with other Autodesk tools and cost estimation.
• Lead the creation of construction documents for multiple disciplines.
• Lead the effort to assemble set of construction documents.
• Model management and BIM database health assurance.
• Coach and supervise processes of virtual construction and documentation.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings and spatial discipline coordination.
• Conduct clash-detection and conflict resolution with discipline teams.
• Foster teamwork to achieve optimal BIM performance.
• Interview, hire, train, and manage team performance.
