Samsung SDS America is building its Plano headquarters and seeks a proactive Benefits Coordinator to join the People team. You will act as the local HR presence, partner with Talent Acquisition, ensure benefits compliance, and help deliver an outstanding employee experience.

The role emphasizes HR operations and projects, with responsibilities around onboarding, policy adherence, relocation support, and driving HR initiatives that improve efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Approximately 5+ years of progressive HR experience as an HR Generalist or HRBP.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office; ADP Workforce Now and Workday experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws as it pertains to benefits administration.
• Maintain policy compliance and HR best practices.
• Participate in HR initiatives that improve employee experience and operational excellence.
• Support HR programs, policies, and technology; collaborate on relocation and organizational integration projects.

Responsibilities HR Operations

• Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

HR Projects

• Participate in HR initiatives that improve employee experience and operational excellence
• Support HR program, policies, and technology.
• Collaborate with General Affairs to support corporate relocation and organizational integration projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• ~5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner.
