Job summary

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of related psychiatric experience, a bachelor’s degree preferred, and strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Travel between campuses is required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of related clinical experience in psychiatric or behavioral health.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Frequent travel between Sheppard Pratt campuses.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and deliver orientation and clinical training programs.
• Teach CPR, de-escalation, and precepting of new staff.
• Assess trainee competency through observation and practice.
• Maintain training records in the LMS and update materials.
