Job summary

The Menta Education Group is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst in Palatine, Illinois. In this role, you will assess student development and contribute to IEPs for behavioral growth, working directly with students exhibiting challenging behaviors.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating with school teams to develop evidence-based intervention plans, training staff in implementation, and conducting functional behavior assessments. You will also participate in IEP meetings and prepare reports documenting assessment and progress.

Qualifications

• Required to have Behavior Analyst licensure and BACB certification.
• Ability to travel as needed for multiple school locations.
• Strong consultative and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with students exhibiting challenging behaviors.
• Develop and implement evidence-based intervention plans.
• Train staff on intervention strategies.
