Job summary

Seacoast Bank is seeking a customer-focused professional to support branch operations across North Florida. You will travel to multiple locations, building relationships with customers and helping them meet financial goals. The role emphasizes cash handling, sales, and service excellence while adhering to bank policies.

Flexibility is required, including weekends. You will work with team members to resolve customer needs and promote Seacoast Bank products and services at the branch level.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 6 months cash handling experience required.
• Minimum of 6 months previous experience in retail sales and/or financial services experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule required with ability to work during hours of operations, including weekends and occasional non-bank operational hours.
• Ability to travel as needed to various branches throughout North Florida.
• PC Proficiency in Desktop, Laptop, Tablet, and Smartphone devices as well as Microsoft Office Suite software.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit consistent relationship building including, but not limited to: Prepare for various customer interactions; Build rapport; Understand current and future financial goals of customers; Match customer needs to Seacoast Bank products and services; Explain Seacoast Bank products and services to customers; Seek referrals from customers; Maintain strong work ethics and teamwork across the branch and organization.
• Process checks, cash and the sale of negotiable instrument transactions adhering to the bank's current policies and procedures; Ensure branch adherence to AML/BSA requirements and audit/operational procedures; Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly; Balance cash drawer daily; Follow management directions to resolve objections; Adhere to Code of Conduct; May be assigned vault responsibilities.
