Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 12 months cash handling experience.
• Minimum of 12 months prior experience in retail sales and/or financial services preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and occasional non-bank hours.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with initiative.
• PC proficiency on desktop, laptop, tablet and smartphone; MS Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Process checks, cash and negotiable instrument transactions per bank policies.
• Balance cash drawer daily and ensure accuracy.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, escalate as needed.
• Adhere to bank code of conduct and safety procedures.
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations including vault/ATM duties.
• Maintain audit/compliance documentation and support audits.
