Job summary

Vision Technologies is seeking an Audio Visual Installation Foreman in Washington, DC to lead and execute state-of-the-art AV installations. You will translate schematics into immersive environments, mentor technicians, and serve as a client liaison, ensuring quality and safety on every site.

The role requires a minimum of 4 years in AV installation and preferred certifications including OSHA 30, Crestron, and AMX. Expect travel to client sites and a hands-on leadership position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of audiovisual installation experience
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• External training: InfoComm Quick Start to the audiovisual industry
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Course
• Essentials of Crestron Programming
• AMX Installer

Responsibilities

• Lead installations with precision, from cable pulling and connector installations to mounting and metal fabrication.
• Translate electronic schematics and architectural blueprints into immersive environments.
• Mentor technicians and lead technicians in AV installation best practices.
• Serve as a liaison to clients, ensuring vision is realized and expectations met.
• Manage project documentation and uphold safety and quality standards on site.
• Travel to various sites to bring expertise and leadership.
