Job summary

Vision Technologies is seeking an Audio Visual Installation Foreman to lead and execute state-of-the-art AV installations. You will translate blueprints into immersive environments, mentor technicians, and serve as the client liaison to ensure visions are realized. Expect travel to site locations and responsible project leadership.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on installation expertise, and a commitment to safety and quality on every job site.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of audiovisual installation experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and appropriate driving record.
• InfoComm Quick Start and CTS certifications preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction training and Crestron/AMX certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead AV installations from cable pulling to mounting and fabrication with precision.
• Translate schematics and blueprints into immersive AV environments.
• Mentor Technicians and Lead Technicians on installation best practices.
• Serve as client liaison to ensure vision is realized and expectations exceeded.
• Manage project documentation and uphold safety and quality standards.
• Travel to various sites to deliver project leadership and expertise.

Your expertise will bring to life audiovisual projects through meticulous installation and exceptional leadership

Responsibilites

What You’ll Do:

• Lead installations with precision, from cable pulling and connector installations to mounting and metal fabrication, ensuring each project’s success.
• Translate electronic schematics and architectural blueprints into reality, crafting immersive audiovisual environments.
• Empower your team through mentorship, guiding Technicians and Lead Technicians in the fine art of AV installation.
• Serve as a pivotal liaison to clients, ensuring their vision is realized and expectations exceeded.
• Manage project documentation and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety on every job site.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of audiovisual installation experience preferre
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Preferred External Training:
• InfoComm Quick Start to the audiovisual industry
• InfoComm CTS General Certification
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Course
• Crestron Professional Installation Certification
• Essentials of Crestron Programming
• AMX Installer
