Job summary

A technology integration company is looking for a Lead Foreman for their Virginia/DC area projects. The role involves overseeing AV installations, managing teams, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Candidates should have supervisory experience, technical aptitude in AV systems, and the ability to secure necessary clearances. Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in supervisory skills, with the ability to effectively lead a team.
• Strong working knowledge of mechanical principles and carpentry techniques for AV systems.
• Experience operating and managing heavy equipment safely on construction sites.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a security clearance for high-security projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage installation teams onsite to adhere to project specifications.
• Act as the primary technical interface with General Contractors and coordinate logistics.
• Execute and oversee the physical installation of AV infrastructure and systems.
• Maintain accurate logs and ensure compliance with safety protocols and requirements.
• Conduct initial testing, troubleshoot issues, and facilitate project handover.
