The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking automotive professionals to join our consulting team. The role involves establishing professional relationships with dealerships, identifying inefficiencies, and applying proven consulting programs to improve profitability and efficiency.

Training spans about 90 days with a base salary of $60,000–$63,000. After training, total targeted income exceeding $75,000, plus quarterly bonuses are possible, with substantial travel required every week.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of automotive dealership experience (Sales Associate/Representative, Service Advisor, Sales Manager, Internet Sales Manager, etc.).
• Must be willing to travel extensively with overnight hotel stays up to 5 nights per week (every week).
• Must have reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Must have reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.

Responsabilidades

• Establish professional relationships with customers and identify dealership trouble areas.
• Use established consulting programs and industry knowledge to solve issues.
• Follow up with customers to maintain relationships and provide ongoing fee-for-service support.
• Help drive consulting services sales by delivering measurable improvements for the dealerships.
