Job summary

Omnicell, Inc. seeks a Traveler Automation Pharmacy Technician 4 to operate and support hospital automation. You will travel to sites to optimize devices like i.v.STATION, IVX Station, XR2, PakPlus, and ACDs, supporting go-lives and training.

Requires current PTCE/NHA certification, state license, and 1+ year inpatient experience. This role offers extensive travel with competitive base pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA – CPhT/ExCPT).
• Active State Board of Pharmacy Technician License/Registration for state of residence.
• 1+ year inpatient pharmacy experience (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and REAL ID and/or U.S. passport.
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Travel to hospital sites to operate, support, and optimize Omnicell automation technologies.
• Perform daily equipment operation, inspection, cleaning, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
• Manage medication assignments remotely or onsite to ensure accurate setup and inventory levels.
• Deliver hands-on customer support and training to drive adoption and long-term success.
• Act as SME for Omnicell automation onsite and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Professional Services and project teams for smooth implementations.
