ExcelHealth Group is seeking a full-time Traveling Audiologist to provide high-quality hearing healthcare to residents in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities across Tennessee. You will work independently with the support of administration and scheduling to deliver compassionate care.

Responsibilities include audiologic testing, fitting and programming hearing aids, and ensuring thorough documentation while coordinating with facility staff.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Audiology or state-approved credential for licensure.
• Valid state license or ability to obtain before starting.
• Malpractice coverage or ability to obtain.
• Willingness to travel statewide to long-term care facilities.
• Experience with hearing evaluations, otoscopy, fittings, programming.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate, diagnose, and support treatment of hearing conditions in facilities.
• Perform otoscopic exams, screenings, and diagnostic evaluations with mobile equipment.
• Recommend care plans, follow-ups, referrals, and communication support.
• Dispense, program, adjust, and coordinate repair of hearing aids and related devices.
• Identify changes in patient condition and communicate with care teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation for each patient encounter.
• Coordinate with scheduling to optimize routes and coverage.
• Represent ExcelHealth Group professionally with residents and facility staff.
• Stay current with best practices, licensure, and CE standards.
