Job summary

Lifespace Communities seeks an Associate Executive Director for Querencia at Barton Creek, a high-potential leader ready to advance toward an Executive Director role. This is a mobility-driven opportunity requiring travel across Lifespace communities, temporary assignments, and potential relocation for the right permanent ED position.

As part of our leadership pipeline, you will partner with Executive Directors, develop teams, oversee budgets and resident experience, and help sustain occupancy

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership in senior living.
• Leadership experience with P&L, budgets, and multiple departments.
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, gerontology, hospitality, or related field; master's preferred.
• LNHA/Nursing Home Administrator experience preferred.
• Life Plan Community/CCRC experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Lifespace communities.
• Willingness to relocate for a permanent ED opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day community operations with Executive Directors.
• Serve in interim Executive Director assignments across Lifespace communities.
• Develop department directors and community teams.
• Oversee budgets, P&L, quality, compliance, and resident experience.
• Partner with Sales to support occupancy and revenue goals.
• Lead team and resident engagement initiatives.
• Manage complex operational challenges and enterprise projects.
• Build leadership capabilities to become a successful Executive Director.
