Qualifications

• Experience leading plant operations, facilities management, or maintenance within multi-building environments.
• Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventative maintenance programs for residential areas, health center, and common spaces.
• Own operating and capital budgets; build annual plan, forecast, and control costs.
• Direct renovations and unit turns from scope to completion, including timelines and contractors.
• Manage vendors and contractors, ensuring bids, selection, and performance meet safety and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance, certifications, and survey readiness across codes and standards.
• Oversee resident and apartment requests with prompt, courteous service and safety considerations.
• Lead safety, emergency preparedness, and training; maintain up-to-date emergency plans.
• Build and mentor a high-performing plant operations team with clear structure and accountability.
