Job summary

ARCO/Murray National Construction is seeking a Traveling Assistant Superintendent with 3–5 years of on-site supervisory experience. You will lead interior buildouts, framing, carpentry, and specialty installations, coordinating with self-perform crews and subcontractors to deliver quality projects.

Travel to various project sites is required, with a strong emphasis on safety, teamwork, and problem-solving. Candidates must read plans, manage crews, and support project managers in delivering

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory on-site role on ground up or large-scale renovation projects
• Strong mathematical skills for measurements & calculations
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to travel as needed
• OSHA construction safety certification preferred
• Ability to read & interpret construction plans & blueprints
• Excellent teamwork & communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of project tasks from start to completion
• Interpret and analyze blueprints, drawings, and specs to ensure accurate implementation
• Regional travel to projects to be on-site as needed
• Ensure projects are completed efficiently with high craftsmanship and safety
• Identify and resolve construction-related problems efficiently
• Advanced proficiency in tool usage and safety practices
