Job summary

Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking a Traveling Assistant Superintendent to oversee multifamily construction projects, coordinate with subcontractors, and monitor safety, planning, and scheduling. You will ensure adherence to plans and coordinate activities across sites in the Southeast and beyond.

Ideal candidates have exterior/hardscape experience in multifamily builds and strong communication to manage field teams and problem-solve across locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industry construction experience within the multifamily construction (not rehab/remodel) industry.
• Bachelor’s/Associates degree in Construction/Business Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with subcontractors on production, schedules, and deliverables.
• Ensure subcontractor compliance with safety policies and plans.
• Coordinate project activities with Company personnel.
• Review status reports, shop drawings, and modifications for schedules.
• Attend meetings and provide technical guidance to resolve issues.
• Assist in overall project direction, safety, resources, and budget management.
• Submit works and change orders to superintendent as needed.
• Lead project status meetings and support problem-solving efforts.
• Travel full-time to various project locations.
