Qualifications

• 3+ years of industry construction experience within the MULTIFAMILY NEW construction sector.
• Construction Management or related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production schedules and deliverables with employees and subcontractors.
• Ensure subcontractor compliance with safety policies and plans.
• Review status reports, shop drawings, and modifications for schedules.
• Attend project meetings and provide technical guidance to resolve issues.
• Assist in directing and evaluating project safety, resources, budget, and scheduling.
