Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily new construction experience (not rehab).
• Experience with civil sitework, exterior and hardscape on multifamily projects.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience contracting with subcontractors and enforcing schedules.
• Proven ability to work with teams and manage tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with subcontractors on production schedules and deliverables.
• Ensure subcontractor compliance with safety plans and blueprints.
• Assist in coordinating project activities across teams.
• Review status reports, shop drawings, and schedule changes.
• Provide technical guidance to project personnel and resolve issues.
• Oversee safety, resources, budget, scheduling, and quality metrics.
• Process change orders and purchases with the superintendent.
• Attend status meetings and assist in problem-solving.
• Handle additional responsibilities as directed by management.
• Travel full-time to multiple multifamily sites for extended periods.
