Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience training with a general contractor.
• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Procore.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks for self, team, and projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a complete Daily Construction Report with weather, activities, manpower, and photos.
• Maintain on-site cost tracking logs and manage expenditures.
• Coordinate with subcontractors professionally and address issues promptly.
• Schedule work to expedite the project and plan ahead to resolve issues.
• Prepare daily and weekly safety reports and attend monthly safety meetings.
• Prepare Daily/Weekly/Event SWMP Reports; ensure BMPs are in place.
• Review project documents 2–3 weeks before tasks start to ensure readiness.
• Review submittals before installation to verify requirements.
• Prepare and maintain the project turnover matrix with sign-offs and owner requirements.
• Develop and complete the project punch-list with PM within two weeks of issuance.
• Take on various tasks to reduce superintendent workload and support project leadership.
