Job summary

Tippmann Construction is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to oversee project plans, schedules, and subcontractor coordination across multiple sites. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and efficient delivery within Tippmann standards.

The APM will interact with clients and subcontractors, plan sequencing, and manage buy-out materials while utilizing Tippmann tools to ensure consistent communication and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or related degree.
• Experience in construction management and project delivery.
• Knowledge of industrial facility design, engineering and construction.
• OSHA 30 Hour preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish construction project plans and schedules, days/weeks/months in advance.
• Execute take-offs from drawings, source materials and suppliers.
• Prepare bid documents and source subcontractors.
• Initiate subcontractor work and ensure timeliness and quality.
• Manage project execution per Tippmann Safety Standards.
• Use Tippmann internal systems to maintain consistency in PM.
• Communicate clearly with subcontractors, team and clients.
