Job summary

A leading construction firm based in the United States seeks an Assistant Project Manager to assist senior management in overseeing project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Responsibilities include managing project documentation, coordinating with subcontractors, and supporting project costs. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3-5 years’ experience are preferred. OSHA certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years’ experience within the construction industry in project management or similar role.
• Has acted as a traveling assistant project manager previously, preferred.
• OSHA 10 and OSHA-30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Project Manager in all aspects of project management.
• Serve as a main point of contact for communication with Owners and Design Teams.
• Coordinate during meetings with subcontractors for conflict resolution.
• Support project cost and change management processes.
• Take ownership of the closeout process and manage documentation.
