Job summary
A leading construction firm based in the United States seeks an Assistant Project Manager to assist senior management in overseeing project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Responsibilities include managing project documentation, coordinating with subcontractors, and supporting project costs. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3-5 years’ experience are preferred. OSHA certifications are a plus.
Qualifications
3 - 5 years’ experience within the construction industry in project management or similar role.
Has acted as a traveling assistant project manager previously, preferred.
OSHA 10 and OSHA-30 certification preferred.
Responsibilities
Assist the Senior Project Manager in all aspects of project management.
Serve as a main point of contact for communication with Owners and Design Teams.
Coordinate during meetings with subcontractors for conflict resolution.
Support project cost and change management processes.
Take ownership of the closeout process and manage documentation.
