Job summary

Consigli Construction 1 is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the Senior/Project Manager on full lifecycle construction projects. You will focus on document control, RFIs, submittals, and coordination with Owners, designers, and subcontractors.

The role requires strong communication, change management, and teamwork, with travel across sites. A bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of PM experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or architecture preferred.
• 3-5 years of construction project management experience.
• OSHA 10/30 preferred and willingness to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior/Project Manager on all project aspects with emphasis on document control.
• Coordinate with Owners, OPMs, design teams and subcontractors to resolve field issues.
• Support cost and change management, prepare reports, and present in meetings.
• Assist in estimates, bids, and management of closeout documentation.
• Mentor junior team members and maintain subcontractor relations.
