Responsibilities

• Travel between 3 store locations on a rotating basis.
• Support store managers with daily operations, staffing, and training.
• Fill in for leadership gaps during vacations or transitions.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and help implement improvements.
• Help onboard and train new staff, instilling brand values.
• Ensure shops deliver consistent, euphoric guest experiences.
• Monitor store performance and provide feedback to upper leadership.
• Represent the brand at community events or in-store promotions as needed.
