The ideal candidate has experience in high-volume food retail and a passion for ice cream, with the ability to lead a fast-paced team. Responsibilities include staffing, coaching, budgeting, and implementing new menu items across the store.

Qualifications

• Licensure: ServSafe Manager Food Handlers required.
• 2+ years in food retail management preferred.
• Prior experience leading a team is required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations for the assigned New Jersey location.
• Manage people operations, sales, inventory, and guest service.
• Schedule staff, recruit, train, and coach team members.
• Monitor budgets, forecast labor, and drive sales targets.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and high standards of service.
