Empire Beauty School is hiring a Floating Admissions Representative to travel between our Central PA campuses as a full-time Career Planning Specialist. You will recruit students, interview applicants, review admissions requirements, and conduct school tours to present beauty career opportunities.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree or diploma, a preferred bachelor’s degree, and 1–2 years of sales or enrollment experience.

Qualificações

• Associate's degree or Career School diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for guiding students.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Community outreach and recruitment activities.
• Ethical standards aligned with policies.
• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred.
• Experience in service sales/education enrollment is a plus.

Responsabilidades
