Job summary

Empire Beauty School seeks a high-energy Floating Admissions Representative (Career Planning Specialist) to recruit and enroll students for cosmetology programs between the Charlotte and Concord campuses. The role involves conducting interviews, tours, and presenting career opportunities to prospective students.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be comfortable with travel between campuses, and be available to work days, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or Career School diploma is required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel between Charlotte and Concord campuses.
• Willing to work two late nights per week and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified students to enroll into cosmetology programs.
• Meet regularly with prospective students and conduct student interviews.
• Review enrollment requirements and conduct school tours.
• Present career opportunities and build relationships with students throughout their education.
