Job summary

Empire Beauty School is seeking a high-energy Floating Admissions Representative (Career Planning Specialist) to travel between Charlotte and Concord, NC. This full-time role recruits students for cosmetology programs, conducts interviews, tours, and enrollment reviews, and builds relationships to guide students toward career opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree or career diploma, friendly communication, and willingness to work evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or Career School diploma
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for guiding future professionals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to excel in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment with multi-tasking responsibilities
• Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
• Community outreach and conducting recruitment activities
• Implementing policies and regulations consistent with high ethical standards
• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred
• Experience in service sales, education enrollment, etc., a plus

Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified students to enroll into cosmetology programs.
• Meet regularly with prospective students and conduct student interviews.
• Review enrollment requirements and explain program options.
• Conduct tours of schools and present career opportunities.
• Build, maintain strong relationships with students throughout their cosmetology education.
