Job summary

Empire Beauty School in Central PA seeks a Floating Admissions Representative (Career Planning Specialist) to recruit qualified students for cosmetology programs. You will meet with prospects, conduct interviews, review enrollment requirements, and lead campus tours while building lasting relationships.

This full-time role requires travel between campuses, two late nights per week, and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or Career School diploma; bachelor's preferred.
• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred.
• Experience in service sales or education enrollment a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective students and conduct interviews.
• Review enrollment requirements and conduct school tours.
• Present career opportunities and guide students through enrollment.
• Travel between Empire Beauty School locations two late nights per week and weekends.
• Build and maintain relationships with students throughout cosmetology education.
