Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking a Field Service Supervisor on the Abatement Team. The role will plan, lead, organize and coordinate the daily operations of the service line crew, ensuring proper operation of equipment, safety, and timely documentation.

This travel-heavy position requires 60-80% travel across the United States. The hourly range is $28.00-$32.00, and new hires attend a one-week out-of-state training academy with travel expenses paid.

Qualifications

• Asbestos Certifications required.
• Experience in environmental field service operations, construction or similar.
• Valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety is the top priority and compliance with policies.
• Lead daily operations and coordinate service-line crew.
• Inspect equipment and read work orders before starting jobs.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment as required.
• Complete paperwork including service receipts and submit to management.
• Train Technicians I and II in equipment operation and service-line processes.
• Manage, reconcile and review all job-related documentation.
