Job summary

Clean Harbors in North Amityville, NY is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to plan, lead, organize and coordinate daily service line crew operations. You will ensure equipment readiness, safety, and timely documentation while driving efficiency at the work site.

Responsibilities include training Technicians I and II, enforcing safety policies, and coordinating with clients and management to meet project deadlines. Travel overnight up to 2-4 nights per month may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in environmental field service operations, construction, manufacturing, or similar industry.
• Ability to interface with clients and management.
• Strong leadership and team supervisory skills.
• Solid understanding of safety policies and regulatory requirements.
