We are seeking a hands-on team member to operate Travelift, move concrete members, and assist bed crew while maintaining strict safety and quality standards. This role includes daily housekeeping, documentation, and collaborative work to ensure timely

Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

  • Move concrete members using Travelift and assist bed crew with duties.
  • Adhere to Safety and Quality rules to ensure a safe work environment and high-quality products.
  • Maneuver Travelift between finishing area and storage yard.
  • Position wooden blocks and ensure proper stacking without damage.
  • Keep finishing area clear and move completed members to storage daily.
  • Assist with pour-related tasks such as dry finish or rework when Travelift not in use.
  • Fill out maintenance checklist daily and report Travelift issues.
  • Fill out member storage location reports for scheduler.

Summary of Primary Functions
  • Use Travelift to move concrete members from finishing area to storage, and assist other bed crew personnel with bed duties (set-up, pour, dry finish, etc.) when not using Travelift.
  • All employees are required to follow all Safety and Quality rules and processes to ensure a safe working environment, and the production of high-quality products.
  • Maneuver Travelift to finishing area and from finishing area to storage yard.
  • Wait for helper to hook-up member.
  • Wait for helper to position wooden blocks before stacking member.
  • Stack member without damaging or breaking the member in appropriate location in storage yard.
  • Keep finishing area clear on a daily basis, moving all members to storage that are complete.
  • Perform other duties required for pour when not needed on Travelift such as performing dry finish activities or rework as directed.
  • Fill out maintenance checklist daily and report to maintenance any problems with Travelift or anything in need of repair.
  • Fill out member storage location report and turn into scheduler daily.
  • Carry all wire mesh & long rebar into production areas.
  • Unload miscellaneous from trucks (wire, rebar, forms, etc.).
  • Rotate up all panels that require sandblast into A-racks & lower the pieces down and move to storage yard when they are done.
Job Specifications or Qualifications

Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
