Job summary

Tindall Corporation, a leading precast concrete manufacturer, seeks a Travelift operator and bed crew helper to move concrete members from finishing to storage and assist with pour/dry finish tasks. You will follow safety and quality rules while handling heavy loads in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities include operating the Travelift, stacking and storing members, recording locations, and assisting with maintenance and rework as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or related experience.
• Ability to follow Safety and Quality rules and processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate Travelift to move concrete members from finishing area to storage area.
• Assist bed crew with pour, dry finish, and other duties when Travelift is not used.
• Maneuver Travelift safely between finishing area and storage yard.
• Wait for helper to hook-up member and position wooden blocks.
• Stack members without damage in storage yard.
• Keep finishing area clear; move completed members to storage.
• Complete maintenance checklists and report issues with Travelift or repairs.
• Fill out member storage location reports daily for scheduler.
• Move wire mesh & long rebar into production areas.
• Unload miscellaneous items from trucks (wire, rebar, forms).
