Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking Team Members to deliver friendly service, operate the POS, prep and serve quality food, and keep the shop clean for travelers at our sites. You will engage customers, follow cash-handling policies, and maintain product quality across the plaza network.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with the public in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, assist in food prep and serving.
• Operate POS system, process payments accurately, and follow policies.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, dating, stocking, and temperature checks.
• Perform kitchen tasks such as prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Follow brand standards and all company policies.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned.
