X-Ray Tech Position Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years required
• Equipment Experience: Siemens experience preferred
• Certifications:
  • ARRT required IN HAND
  • BLS (AHA) required IN HAND
• Licensure: Ohio license - must be willing to obtain prior to start
• Work Environment: Experience working with portables
• Vaccine Requirements:
  • COVID-19 Vaccine: Required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only)
  • Flu Vaccine: Required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only)
• Additional Submission Requirements:
  • Minimum of 18 months permanent experience in the specialty applying for prior to travel
  • Must have a PERMANENT Ohio license in hand at time of submission
  • Compact licenses are accepted for any starts 1/1/23 and forward
  • TWO references from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED (References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months)
  • Required certifications need to be ACTIVE
  • Must be NICOTINE FREE (excluding Nurses and CSTs) - Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start, updated annually
  • BCI/FBI prints must be completed within 48 hours of signing contract

• Shift Schedule: 5x8s per week, 2nd shift Monday - Friday; Every 4th weekend NIGHT SHIFT
