Submittal Details:

• Minimum of 18 months permanent experience in specialty applying for prior to travel.
• Must have a permanent Ohio license in hand at time of submission. Compact licenses are accepted for any starts 1/1/23 and forward.
• One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required.
• For RNFA/CSFA positions only, one reference from a supervisor or physician is required to qualify for submission and be considered.
• Required certifications need to be active with nothing pending.
• BG hits of any kind are reviewed by the facility but will not accept any traveler with an open case.
• Facility does not accept any license hits.
• All other travelers (aside from Nurses and CSTs) must be nicotine-free. Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start. Must be updated annually.
• BCI/FBI prints must be completed within 48 hours of signing the contract.
• PAPRs will not be considered alternative for caregivers with facial hair except for those with an approved agency medical or religious exemption.

Annual Hands-On Competency Requirement:

• Travel candidates who are nurses who remain on a continuous contract for a minimum of 1-year, or who return on a contract in the subsequent calendar year, are required to complete Cleveland Clinic Nursing Education Annual Hands-On Competency if they attended Cleveland Clinic Nursing Agency Orientation during the prior calendar year.

Modules:

• Modules are billable, max of 4 hours; any additional time required for pre-start modules is non-billable.
• Modules are completed pre-start and annually and vary by specialty.
• Modules are recorded via Silkroad.
