Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a Travel Vascular Technologist for a Winston-Salem, NC assignment. The role involves ultrasound exams, Doppler studies, and collaboration with physicians to diagnose vascular conditions. Candidates should have at least one year of vascular experience and current BLS; RVT/RVS/ARDMS RDMS RVT certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of vascular technologist experience.
• BLS certification is required.
• RV T, RVS, or ARDMS RDMS RVT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform vascular ultrasound exams including carotid, arterial, venous and abdominal studies.
• Utilize Doppler to assess blood flow and identify vascular conditions.
• Explain procedures to patients and ensure comfort.
• Document findings accurately for physician interpretation.
• Maintain equipment and ensure infection control standards.
• Collaborate with care team and support patient care.
