American Traveler is seeking a Vascular Sonographer for a 13-week travel assignment, requiring 24+ months of ultrasound experience and ARDMS (AB) certification, with vascular, abdomen, and non-high-risk OB/GYN proficiency.

Responsibilities include hospital-based ultrasound with ~15 scans per day, day shift (start times between 0600–1000), and on-call coverage evenings and some weekends. Uses Epic EMR and requires BLS, license if applicable, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 24+ months of ultrasound experience required.
• ARDMS (AB) certification required.
• Experience in general/abdomen, non-high-risk OB/GYN, and vascular sonography required.
• BLS certification required.
• Epic EMR experience required.

Responsibilities

• Hospital-based Ultrasound unit performing general, OB/GYN, and vascular sonography.
• Average of 15 scans per day.
• Day shift, 5x8s, Monday-Friday, with start times 0600-1000; 40 hrs/week.
• On-call coverage Monday-Friday 9pm-6am; rotating among staff.
• Weekend call coverage as needed, 6:30pm-6am.
• Uses Epic EMR.
