Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Cardiac and Vascular Sonographer for a 13-week contract role with a day shift. Responsibilities include performing noninvasive vascular and cardiac ultrasound testing, collaborating with care teams, and using Epic EMR.

Applicants should have ARDMS or CCI certifications and a state license where applicable, with at least 3 years of experience in echo and vascular studies; travel experience is preferred and candidates must reside outside a 60-mile radius

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in echo and vascular sonography.
• RDCS and RVT certification through ARDMS, or RCS and RVS certification through CCI.
• 1+ years of travel experience preferred.
• State license required if applicable, and must be currently active.

Responsibilities

• Perform noninvasive vascular and cardiac ultrasound testing on outpatients, inpatients, and Emergency Department patients.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure quality diagnostic testing.
• Uses Epic EMR.
