The role involves heavy vascular, abdominal, OB and pediatric imaging, with 12-hour shifts and a ~36 hour week. Philips/GE devices are used, and EPIC charting is preferred. Travel-friendly with housing allowances.

Qualifications

• Experience with general body imaging, extremities, vascular, OB and pediatrics.
• Experience performing paracentesis, thoracentesis and aspirations.
• EPIC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound imaging in a Level II Trauma Center.
• Scan heavy vascular, abdomen, OB and NICU/pediatrics patients.
• Must float to the OR to perform scans as needed.
• Operate Philips (primary) and GE equipment.
• Use EPIC charting system; EPIC experience preferred.
• Typical 8–12 scans/day on day shift; 2–12 on night shift.
• Work 12-hour shifts; ~36 hours per week.
• Weekend rotation required; details discussed in interview.
• Minimal on-call: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM, about every couple of months.
• Ensure scans cover general, vascular, OB and pediatric populations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years experience required
• BLS certification required
• ARDMS or ARRT with Advanced Ultrasound Certification required
• License required if applicable
• Experience with general body imaging, extremities, heavy vascular (RVT not required), OB, and pediatrics
• Experience performing paracentesis, thoracentesis, and aspirations
• Philips equipment experience preferred
• EPIC experience preferred
• DOB and SSN required for consideration
• Two references dated within 1 year required for consideration
