Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Travel Ultrasound Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Hilo, Hawaii. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of acute hospital experience and ARDMS certifications in AB, OB, and RVT.

Responsibilities include performing general, abdominal, OB/GYN, and vascular ultrasound studies with a 40-hour work week and on-call as needed. The position requires a valid BLS and state license where applicable, with travel benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as a full-time sonographer in an acute hospital setting
• ARDMS certification in Abdomen (AB), OB, and Vascular Technology (RVT)
• Active BLS certification through AHA
• State license required if applicable, obtained upon acceptance

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound exams across abdominal, GYN, OB, neonatal, superficial structure, and vascular specialties
• Variable shift schedule with 40-hour work weeks and on-call as needed
• Floating to other units/departments as required
