Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel Ultrasound Technologist for a travel assignment in Biddeford, Maine. This contract details a 13-week duration with 36 hours per week, primarily 12-hour day shifts in a hospital setting.

Required ARDMS certification, an accredited degree in sciences, AHA BLS, and at least 2 years of relevant experience. SHC provides competitive pay, benefits, and a supportive staffing partner for travel assignments.

Qualificações

• Active ARDMS certification.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree with coursework in sciences and anatomy.
• American Heart Association BLS.
• 2 years of recent relevant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Operate imaging equipment and review images for quality and diagnostic usefulness.
• Identify normal and abnormal imaging results; communicate a summary to physicians and alert to urgent problems.
• Prepare patients for procedures and educate patients during the ultrasound exam.
• Review patient history, record imaging results, and coordinate care with departments within the facility.
