Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Ultrasound Technologist (Sonographer) – Gen/Vascular for a 13-week travel assignment in Ogden, UT. You will perform high-frequency imaging, prep patients, and collaborate with healthcare teams to support accurate diagnoses.

Requirements include completion of an accredited Ultrasound Technology program, one year of recent ultrasound experience, BLS (AHA/ARC), and a valid ultrasound license.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Ultrasound Technology program.
• Minimum of one year of recent experience as an Ultrasound Technologist.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).
• Valid Ultrasound license in compliance with state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology and medical terminology.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to integrate diagnostic imaging into patient care plans.
• Prepare and position patients for accurate imaging and ensure comfort and safety.
• Perform ultrasound examinations and evaluate images for clarity and accuracy.
• Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
