ARMStaffing seeks a skilled Trauma ICU RN to provide critical care in a Level I Trauma facility. You will monitor critically ill patients, administer treatments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in a CC setting, an active RN license in the employment state, and certifications such as ACLS and BLS. NIHSS, PALS, TNCC are a plus; Epic charting experience is required for documentation and care coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a critical care setting, preferably in a Trauma ICU.
• Current RN license in state of employment.
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS.
• PALS and TNCC certifications preferred.
• Epic charting experience is required.
• Previous charge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Trauma ICU.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and neurological status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Manage ventilator settings and care for ventilated patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using Epic charting system.
• Float as needed to ICU, IMC, and Tele units.
