Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Telemetry RN for a Level 1 Trauma surgical acute unit in Arizona. Requires 2+ years of telemetry experience and an active AZ or Compact RN license. BLS and ACLS are mandatory, with dysrhythmia and SIM lab assessments in Day 1.

Role includes 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts, with a 13-week assignment and 1 opening. Floating and 24/7 support staff are available to cover patient needs.

Qualifications

• Telemetry nursing experience on a busy unit.
• BLS (AHA) certification required.
• ACLS certification required.
• Active AZ or Compact RN license required.
• Must pass a dysrhythmia exam on first attempts.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a busy surgical acute unit.
• Work on nights with 3x12 hour shifts and 36 hrs/week.
• Floating to other Telemetry units as needed.
• Collaborate with RN team, charge RN, and ancillary staff.
