Job summary

TotalMed RN seeks a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a 13-week assignment in Marion, IL. The Neuro MS/TELE unit requires escalation protocols, NIHS S, and strong Med Surg/TELE experience. Shifts are 12 hours, nights, 36 hours per week with on-call and float duties as needed.

Candidates should hold an IL RN license (temporary IL license accepted) and have recent EPIC charting experience. Travel staffing benefits include weekly pay, medical/dental/vision, and 401k options.

Qualifications

• Two years of Med Surg/TELE experience required.
• Neuro RN experience preferred.
• Active IL RN license (temp IL license acceptable).
• NIHSS and dysphagia screen skills are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide telemetry nursing on Neuro MS/TELE unit.
• Perform neuro assessments and respond to changes in status.
• Administer medications and manage IV infusions per protocol.
